En esta ciudad los habitantes no tenian nombres, no se llamaban Juan Perez, Ricardo Luna, Rocio Rangel, etc, sin duda eran ciudadanos comunes y corrientes aun sin nombre. Todos compartian algo en comun, uno al otro se comunicaban y formaban uno solo. Teniamos por ejemplo al ser Deseo, su interes era satisfacerse, buscaba placer, una, dos, tres, la veces que fueran, intentaba siempre llegar a la cumbre de la satisfaccion y siempre encontraba un amigo o vecino, alguien para lograrlo. Vivia tambien aqui el Ser Angustia, su miedo persistente contagiaba a todos los habitantes, iba y venia por toda la ciudad con ese desosiego constante. Al lado de el encontrabamos al Ser Alegria, conocido entre todos los habitantes, popular y buscado siempre, dotando y alimentado sin medida. Asi cada uno de estos seres se conjuntaban, oponian, luchaban, pero siempre encontraban la manera mas o menos adecuada de convivencia.
Sin embargo un dia nefasto, el Ser Violencia se apodero de todos los habitantes, molestando continuamente a todos, el Ser Paz intentaba (junto con otros seres) por todos los medios apaciguarlo o al menos controlarlo, pero era algo casi imposible. Hasta el Ser Apatia buscaba desesperadamente calmar al Ser Violencia……
Todos intentaban calmarlo, excepto uno de ellos: el Ser Caos. Éste, que no solía relacionarse con el resto, estaba bastante activo durante aquellos días: subía, bajaba, caminaba de un lado a otro… Incluso inició alguna conversación con alguno de ellos, como el Ser Angustia. Por supuesto, el creciente desorden producido por el comportamiento del Ser Violencia hacía que las maquinaciones del Ser Caos pasasen desapercibidas.
Y, entonces, ocurrió la desgracia…
el ser Violencia habia dado instrucciones precisas: destruir a la ciudad vecina, apoderarse de ella. El ser caos ataco primero, aventando una bomba de palabras hirientes sobre aquellos otros seres, a el le siguio el ser agresion, burlandose de las deficiencias y fallas que tenian, y para rematar el ser apatia abofeteo con fuerza y desprecio a todos.
Los otros seres vecinos, cayeron uno a uno, era un espectaculo terrible, por mas que opinian resistencia, por mas que negaban, se defendian, trataban de calmar al ser violencia todo era inutil.
Y de pronto desde un rincon, el ser Racional ( quien habia estado acorralado, debilitado, sometido, tambien) se levanto y trato de detener todo aquello, la ciudad que estaban atacando era la que mas amaba, y sin embargo debido a su debilidad la estaban destruyendo.
Saba que tendria que pedir ayuda, ya que ultimamente perdia fuerza, ya no era el ser que antes coordinaba a los demas habitantes. Debia hacer algo y pronto antes de fuera demasiado tarde, y terminara dañando a los demas y asi mismo. Tenia que volver a encontrar la manera de convivir armoniosamente con aquellos otros seres con los cuales habita en aquella peculiar ciudad.
Tendria que encontrar la luz y claridad, sabia que lo lograria….
Los Únicos
Una tarde de verano, en la orilla de una de las tantas lagunas, mi abuelo me contó una historia que tal vez sea mentira, quizás la narró por el simple hecho de hablar de algo, lo que sea con tal de que no me diera cuenta que era un pésimo pescador. La historia que voy a relatar tómenla como de quien viene, un simple hombre que apreciaba mucho a su abuelo a pesar de que este le hacía pasar horas debajo del solo en la laguna para volver a casa con las manos vacías.
Hace muchos años, el padre de mi abuelo, Don Teófilo, se lo contó a él justo a la misma edad que él me lo contó a mí, resulta que Don Teófilo, en unos de sus viajes mientras peleaba en la segunda guerra mundial visitó un sitio donde la gente literalmente se curaba luego de entrar a un sector del mar, no recuerdo bien el nombre de la costa pero lo que sí sé es que la gente casi moribunda entraba a ese sector y salían por sus propios medios, simplemente increíble. Pero no siempre fue así, ya que esa ciudad tenía la mayor mortandad de seres humanos más grandes de la historia, tan grande que casi estaba por desaparecer. Pero luego casi por arte de magia todo cambió. Él comenzó a preguntar y pudo saber que hacía meses atrás, una nave de otro planeta descendió de los cielos. Una vez aterrizada en la costa, el agua del mar se alejó de las costas, como si le tuviera miedo, luego una criatura bajó de la nave y uno de los viejos del lugar comenzó a hablar con él. Luego de unos cuantos minutos el extraño le entregó unas hojas tipo pergaminos de metal, luego subió a su nave y se alejó. Nunca más supieron nada de él ni de esa nave. Quieren saber que tenía ese plano, según me contó, era unos planos para construir estatuas de arena y así los hizo, eran 25 estatuas con forma de hombres y mujeres, una al lado de la otra, están tomadas de la mano y en el centro enterró el papiro de metal. Al final de la construcción el mar volvió a ocupar su lugar nuevamente. Y es desde entonces que la gente una vez que entra al mar en ese sector se cura de todos sus males. Como les dije antes créanlo o no, por las dudas solo puedo decir que quiero y extraño a mi abuelo.
Irene se convirtió en Sirene con el calor de los primeros rayos del Sol de ese marzo, pero eso ocurrió después de que se quedase de piedra (luego os cuento).
Irene se volvió de piedra hundida en las gotas que lloró el celaje que, desde aquella vez, le nublaba los noviembres, la vista, los años y el corazón.
Irene tenía un rabo entre las piernas que estorbaba más a los prejuicios que a las funciones fisiológicas de la humanidad. Irene era un bicho raro, para sí y para todos, una monstruo muy valiente que luchaba con los dientes para defender su integridad, tanto que los había perdido en una guerra de puñetazos de instituto. Entonces, se fabricó una dentadura sonriente que solo utilizaba para troncharse con las cuatro paredes laberínticas de su habitación, de las que no volvió a salir. Hasta aquella vez…
Lo que sucedió aquella vez fue que Irene recibió un mapa que le envió un hombre del que se había enamorado por correspondencia. Gracias a él, consiguió derruir sus paredes y llegar a Sol aquella tarde de noviembre a las seis y seis. Como habían acordado, buscó a alguien que llevase un sombrero de copa con purpurina roja. Y lo encontró, pero no le gustó lo que vio… Bajo el sombrero de copa, lo que halló fue la mujer que ella soñaba poder ser el día en que, por fin, le quitasen el rabo de entre las piernas, así que corrió sin pensar… Corrió, corrió, corrió mucho y lloró más. Corrió tanto y hasta tan lejos que ya no volvió a ver el Sol nunca más. Se encerró para siempre entre muros de prejuicios, y llovió prejuicios y noviembres hasta morir. Llovió primero con amargor, un amargor tan triste como el sabor de la sobredosis de las pastillas que, poco a poco, fueron envolviéndola en un sueño de lágrimas dulces. Dulces que se transformaron en río que, finalmente, acabó desembocando en un mar: el Mar de las Lágrimas de los que no han podido amarse a sí mismos. Y allí, profundamente desanimada, se ahogó, murió, y, por fin, La Paz.
Pero morir para Irene no fue suficiente, porque nadie se va de este cuento sin conocer el amor, el amor verdadero, ése que no entiende de cuerpos porque está más allá, ése que solo (¿solo?) es amor. Por eso acabó Irene convertida en piedra, para animarse y terminar el cuento de su vida como los dioses mandan: conociendo el amor.
Despertó el ánima de Irene en un cuerpo antropomorfo sin sexo y de piedra, anclado a las profundidades del abismo y esposado a las manos de dos estatuas que escondían en su interior ánimas desanimadas, como la suya. Esta vez, como es obvio, no podía escapar, así que no le quedó más remedio que escuchar y hablar. Resultó que no había dos esculturas con alma como la suya, sino muchas más, unidas en círculo, dándose las manos, profundamente hundidas y buscando el amor.
