Cuento final
El despertador sonó a las 4:03 a.m., otro día más de escuela para Roberto, quien no era exactamente una persona mañanera. Como su casa quedaba tan lejos de la escuela y sus clases comenzaban a las 6 a.m., a éste le tocaba preparase con bastante anticipación.
Todo el proceso de levantarse, tener que desayunar, después bañarse con esa agua fría, para después tener que cambiarse e ir a verles las caras a los mismos tontos de siempre, era lo que Roberto más odiaba. Con su mano izquierda apagó el despertador y se acostó de nuevo a dormir. “Cinco minuticos más”, se dijo a sí mismo.
Entonces, cinco minutos después, empezó a llevar a cabo su ritual. Desayunó, saludó a su familia como con cara de zombie, todavía no había despertado del todo. Después se bañó con esa agua helada, se puso el mismo uniforme de corbata, camisa blanca, zapatos y cinturón negros y pantalones azules para luego irse rumbo a la escuela.
Entonces la madre de Roberto lo despertó: “Estás tarde para la escuela de nuevo Roberto. Además oí tu despertador sonar y que lo apagaste. Vas a hacer que te expulsen”. Roberto, todavía algo desubicado y restregándose los ojos pensó: “¡Maldita sea! ¡Que precisión la de ese sueño por dios!”.
